EMMET SULLIVAN

1925 – 1987

Emmet Sullivan was born on January 12, 1925. As a child he walked to school and worked on a farm but wasn’t paid any allowance. As he got older, he got his first paying job, repairing cars, and he was really good at playing the guitar. In his spare time he read automotive magazines, went fishing, and hunted. His favorite breakfast cereal was corn flakes.

In 1945 he got a car and was married to Bette Sullivan. They had three kids: two girls, Frankie and Kelly and one boy, Mike.

Emmet was in the navy which was the only job he had, since he had quit repairing cars. As he got older, his children were getting married and having kids. His grandchildren’s names are Aaron, Dale, Shawn, and Stephanie. Emmet lived a long life and died April 23, 1987.
